TRAINING CENTRE JAMTAL

For training and advanced training sessions by the Tirolean mountain rescue, a training centre has been established in Jamtal Valley. Until now, the courses were spread among various huts in all of Tirol.

Two former customs buildings which were acquired by the State of Tirol for this purpose, are the core of the new training centre.

Furthermore, the centre features an ice climbing tower, an ice wall, and a lift for the evacuation drills.
